Kohl's hungarian swiss steak

Ingredients:
1 lbsTo 1 ?lb, Round Steak
-cut ? thick
1 Clove garlic
1/2 tspPaprika
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupBacon, fat or oil
1/2 cupSliced onions
1 can4oz mushrooms, drained
1/2 cupBeef bouillon
-(or 1 cube dissolved in
-?cup water)
1/2 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Rub sides of steak with cut garlic.
2Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
3Pound the flour mixture into the steak with a mallet or edge of plate.
4Brown steak on both sides in hot fat.
5Top with onions and mushrooms.
6Add bouillon.
7Cover and simmer about 2 hours or until tender.
8Remove meat to a hot platter.
9Spoon off excess fat from the liquid in the pan.
10Add sour cream to it.
11Heat through, but do not boil.
12Pour over the steak
