Ingredients:
2 1/3 literHoney
9 literWater
4 Lemons
30 gramscloves
900 gramsSugar
1 ginger
60 gramsYeast
1 Cherry
Procedures:
1Spread the yeast on a piece of bread.
2Boil the water, honey and sugar.
3Stand in an earthenware pot.
4Skim off anyscum.
5Add lemon juice, cloves and ginger.
6Leave to cool.
7When just warm, float the bread and yeast on the top.
8Cover with a clean cloth.
9Leave for about 6-8 days.
10Strain and bottle.
11Corks should be loose to start with.
12Leave for at least 5-6 months.
