Lamb chop and vegetable skillet

Ingredients:
4 eachLamb loin -OR-
1 x8 rib chops, cut ?inch th
1 xSalt
1 xPepper
2 tbspButter or margarine
4 cupSliced zucchini or summer sq
1/2 cupSliced green onions
1 eachLarge tomato, cut into wedge
1/2 cupBeef or chicken bouillon
Procedures:
1Sprinkle both sides of lamb chops with salt and pepper.
2Melt butter or margarine in skillet over medium heat.
3Add lamb and quickly cook until browned on both sides.
4Add squash, onions, tomatoes, and bouillon.
5Cover and cook about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp
