Ingredients:

| can | Peach halves (29 oz) | | 1
| cup | Peach syrup | | 1/2
| cup | Lime juice | | 1/2
| tbsp | Grated lime peel | | 1
| tbsp | Ground ginger | | 6
| each | Lamb loin -OR- | | 1
| x | 12 rip chops, cut 1-inch thi | | 1
| x | Salt | | 1
| x | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain peaches, reserving syrup. | | 2 | In small saucepan, combine syrup with lime juice, peel and ginger. | | 3 | Heat thoroughly. | | 4 | Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. | | 5 | Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing frequently with lime sauce. | | 6 | Broil peach halves 5 minutes, basting with lime sauce |
