Lamb chops pinot noir [20 minutes]

Ingredients:
2 1-? THICK LAMB CHOPS
1 cupPINOT NOIR
1/4 cupSUNDRIED TOMATOES
-(in oil)
1 tspROSEMARY
1 tspMINCED GARLIC
1 tspOLIVE OIL
1 tspFRESH GROUND PEPPER
Procedures:
1Season chops with pepper.
2Heat two tablespoons of the oil taken from the tomatoes in a skillet brown garlic and then remove add one teaspoon of olive oil to skillet.
3Quickly sear chops on both sides and then cover and simmer for five minutes per side (for medium rare).
4Remove chops and keep warm.
5Add wine, tomatoes and rosemary to skillet.
6Blend with pan juices, reducing by half.
7To serve, cover chops with juice and a sprinkle of rosemary
