Lamb patties with fresh mint sauce

Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground lamb
2/3 cupSoft bread crumbs
1/3 cupDry red wine
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspDried rosemary leaves
-crushed
2 smallCloves garlic, finely
-chopped
-Fresh Mint Sauce (below)
Procedures:
1Set oven control to broil.
2Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray.
3Mix all ingredients except fresh mint sauce.
4Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about i inch thick.
5Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
6Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium or until desired doneness.
7Serve with fresh mint sauce.
8Microwave directions: mix all ingredients except fresh mint sauce.
9Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each about l inch thick.
10Place patties on microwavable rack in microwavable dish.
11Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish ?turn after 3 minutes, until patties are almost done.
12Let stand covered 3 minutes.
13Serve with fresh mint sauce.
