Procedures:
| 1 | Pour coffee into warmed mug. | | 2 | Float 2 teaspoons brandy on coffee. | | 3 | Put remaining 2 tsps brandy into a tblsp w/sugar cube. | | 4 | Warm spoon over hot coffee. | | 5 | With a match, carefully ignite brandy in tsp. Slowly lower spoon into coffee to ignite floating brandy. | | 6 | Serve in: Irish Coffee Cup |
