| | Milk | | 50

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat yolks until light. | | 2 | Add sugar and mix well. | | 3 | Add milk and rum. | | 4 | Mix well, then chill for at least 3 hours. | | 5 | One hour before serving, whip cream and stir into chilled mixture. | | 6 | Return to refrigerator for an hour. | | 7 | Serve in punch cups and dust with nutmeg. | | 8 | Serve in: Punch Bowl |
