Ingredients:
1/2 cupFresh parsley
1 tbspGarlic
1/2 cupBread crumbs
1 tbspDijon mustard
1/2 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspPepper
2 tbspButter
2 Rack of lamb
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Mix ingredients together to form a crumbly paste.
3Roast the racks of lamb until they are very rare, about 10 minutes, then spread the crumb mixture over the lamb and press it in firmly.
4Replace in the oven and cook to desired doneness.
