| | Pink Dry Sparkling White Wine | | 1/2

Procedures:
| 1 | Coat the inside of a glass with Pernod. | | 2 | Add cognac. | | 3 | Combine sugar and curacao in a small bowl until sugar dissolves. | | 4 | Add this mixture to the glass and stir. | | 5 | Add ice and top off with chilled pink sparkling wine. | | 6 | Serve in: Collins Glass |
