Ingredients:
5 lbsLeg of lamb, butterflied
Olive oil
3 tbspDried Rosemary
1 Grated rind of 1 lemon
Procedures:
1Paint the lamb with the olive oil.
2Sprinkle with rosemary and rind.
3Let sit for several hours.
4Grill to pink.
5Slather a few pats od butter on top and slice thinly.
6Season with salt & pepper to taste
