Ingredients:
4 AMERICA'S CUT(TM) Chops
-(1-?inch thick boneless
-pork loin chops)
1/2 cupPROGRESSO Bread Crumbs
-(Italian-Style)
1 tbspMargarine or butter, melted
2 tspGrated lemon peel
1 tspDried basil leaves
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 tspLemon juice
1/2 cupPROGRESSO Marinara Sauce
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375 °F.
2Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
3Combine bread crumbs, margarine, lemon peel and basil.
4In small bowl, combine egg and lemon juice.
5Brush chops with egg, then dip in crumb mixture to coat top and sides.
6Bake at 375 °F.
7For 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160 °F., turning once halfway through baking.
8In small saucepan, heat marinara sauce.
9Serve over chops.
