Ingredients:
- 2 tb White vinegar
- 2 tb Yellow mustard
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 1/2 c Plain yogurt
- 1 tb Prepared horseradish
- 1 pn Sugar
- Salt and pepper; to taste
- 1/2 Red leaf lettuce head;
- -leaves torn
- Into large pieces
- 1 Butter leaf lettuce head;
- -leaves torn
- Into large pieces
- 8 Tomato wedges
- 1/2 Cucumber; peeled, sliced
- -thin
- 12 oz Salmon fillets; smoked and
- -flaked

Procedures:
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add olive oil while
whisking, then add yogurt, horseradish and sugar. Season with salt and
pepper. In a large bowl, toss dressing with remaining ingredients. Serves
6.
