Ingredients:
  • 2 tb White vinegar
  • 2 tb Yellow mustard
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1/2 c Plain yogurt
  • 1 tb Prepared horseradish
  • 1 pn Sugar
  • Salt and pepper; to taste
  • 1/2 Red leaf lettuce head;
  • -leaves torn
  • Into large pieces
  • 1 Butter leaf lettuce head;
  • -leaves torn
  • Into large pieces
  • 8 Tomato wedges
  • 1/2 Cucumber; peeled, sliced
  • -thin
  • 12 oz Salmon fillets; smoked and
  • -flaked
Procedures:
In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add olive oil while
whisking, then add yogurt, horseradish and sugar. Season with salt and
pepper. In a large bowl, toss dressing with remaining ingredients. Serves
6.
