Ingredients:
  • 6 Eggs - size 3
  • 4 tb Milk or single cream
  • Salt
  • Schwartz Coarse Ground Black
  • -Pepper
  • 1 ts Schwartz Fennel Seeds
  • 1 oz Butter; (25g)
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon - chopped;
  • -(100g)
Procedures:
Beat the eggs with the milk or cream, salt, Pepper and Fennel Seeds. Melt
the butter in a non stick frying pan and pour in the egg mixture, stirring
until cooked and creamy. Stir in the smoked salmon, heating through gently
for a minute before serving with crusty bread.
