| 1 | Dissolve sugar in black coffee in an irish coffee glass or a heat-resistant, non-metallic glass, cup or mug. | | 2 | (do not use a glass with metallic trim). | | 3 | Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. | | 4 | Stir in irish whiskey. | | 5 | Carefully float a spoonful of whipped cream on top |
