Ingredients:
2 lbsRound steak
3 tbspOil
4 Lemon slices
3 medSliced onions
2 Cloves minced garlic
1/2 cupFlour
1 canBeef bouillon
1 canBeer
3 tbspBrown sugar
1 Tbspparsley flakes
2 tspThyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ozTo 8 oz cooked broad noodles
-or 2 cups cooked rice
GARNISH:
Green pepper slices, fresh
-parsley and cherry tomatoes
Cut steak into serving size
-pieces. Brown on both sides
-in
3 tbspOil to which you have added
-lemon slices.
Procedures:
1Source: mainbeef.zip remove steak to pan large enough in which to bake it.
2Layer onions and garlic over meat.
3Sprinkle flour over top.
4Now combine bouillon, beer, sugar, parsley flakes, thyme, salt and pepper.
5Pour over steak and bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 3 hours.
6Serve over cooked broad noodles or cooked rice.
7Garnish with green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes.
