| | Cloves minced garlic | | 1/2

| can | Beef bouillon | | 1
| can | Beer | | 3
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1
| | Tbspparsley flakes | | 2
| tsp | Thyme | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 1
| oz | To 8 oz cooked broad noodles | | | -or 2 cups cooked rice | | | GARNISH: | | | Green pepper slices, fresh | | | -parsley and cherry tomatoes | | | Cut steak into serving size | | | -pieces. Brown on both sides | | | -in | | 3

Procedures:
| 1 | Source: mainbeef.zip remove steak to pan large enough in which to bake it. | | 2 | Layer onions and garlic over meat. | | 3 | Sprinkle flour over top. | | 4 | Now combine bouillon, beer, sugar, parsley flakes, thyme, salt and pepper. | | 5 | Pour over steak and bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 3 hours. | | 6 | Serve over cooked broad noodles or cooked rice. | | 7 | Garnish with green pepper slices, fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes. | | 8 | Serves 5 - 6 |
