| cup | Pork tenderloin | | | -- cut in thin strips | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 4
| cup | Thinly sliced cabbage | | 1
| cup | Thinly sliced green onions | | | -- with tops | | 1 1/2
| cup | Red bell pepper | | | -- thinly sliced | | 3/4
| large | Carrot, shredded | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2

Procedures:
