Linguine and pork stir-fry

Ingredients:
1 lbsLinguine or Spaghetti, OR
-Thin Spaghetti, uncooked
1 tbspSesame oil
1 1/2 cupPork tenderloin
-- cut in thin strips
2 Garlic cloves, minced
4 cupThinly sliced cabbage
1 cupThinly sliced green onions
-- with tops
1 1/2 cupRed bell pepper
-- thinly sliced
3/4 largeCarrot, shredded
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspCrushed red pepper flakes
Procedures:
1Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2In dutch oven or large skillet, heat oil.
3Add remaining ingredients, except pork and linguine.
4Stir-fry until tender.
5Add meat and lightly stir-fry until cooked.
6Add hot linguine; toss to mix.
7Serve immediately.
8Serves 4 to 6 each serving provides: 982 calories; 44.2 g protein; 171 g carbohydrates; 12.4 g fat; 41.6 mg cholesterol; 323 mg sodium.
