Ingredients:
- 1 Fillet smoked mackerel
- 1 pk Spring onion
- 2 tb Caster sugar
- 1 ts Ground cumin
- Plenty of ice cubes
- 4 Eggs
- Soy sauce
- Dashi
- Mirin
- Vegetable oil

Procedures:
Sear mackerel. Make the salad with onion, cumin, sugar and ice. Combine the
eggs, soy, dashi and mirin, vegetable oil and make an omelette. Serve.
