Procedures:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & brown sugar with electric mixer. Beat
in vanilla extract & eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder & salt. Stir
creamed mixture into dry mixture. Add chocolate morsels & mix well. Pour
mixture into a 9 x 13 buttered baking dish. Bake about 25-30 minutes for
moist, chewy brownies. Remove from oven & sprinkle with butterscotch
morsels. Let sit until melted & spread over brownies. Serve cut into
squares.
If microwaved, approximately 12-15 minutes.
