Low-Fat, Low-Calorie Swordfish with Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 c Teriyaki sauce
  • 2/3 c Sherry
  • 4 ts Mined garlic
  • 2 ts Minded fresh ginger
  • 2 ts Sesame oil
  • 6 Swordfish steaks; 1 inch
  • -thick
  • Salsa; (recipe below)
Procedures:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Set aside
to cool. Place fish in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour
marinade over fish. Marinate at least 1 and a half hours, turning often.
Remove fish from marinade and grill until done, about 4 minutes per side.
Serve with salsa. Yield: 6 servings.
