Ingredients:
  • 1 tb Margarine
  • 2 tb White flour
  • 1 c Lowfat soymilk
  • Salt and white pepper; to
  • -taste
  • Freshly ground nutmeg
Procedures:
Melt the margarine over low heat. Stir in the flour to make a thick paste,
and cook, stirring rapidly, for 1 minute. Pour the soymilk very slowly,
stirring to avoid lumps. Cook and stir over low heat for several minutes
until the sauce is thick. Season.
