Ingredients:
  • 4 Oranges; peeled, sectioned
  • 1 bn Cilantro; leaves and stems,
  • -roughly chopped
  • 1 sm Jalapeno chile; stemmed,
  • -seeded,
  • ; and finely diced
  • 1 sm Red onion; julienned
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Cracked black pepper
Procedures:
Combine the oranges, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, olive oil, red wine
vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. This recipe yields about
1 1/2 to 2 cups of salsa.
