Ingredients:
- 4 Oranges; peeled, sectioned
- 1 bn Cilantro; leaves and stems,
- -roughly chopped
- 1 sm Jalapeno chile; stemmed,
- -seeded,
- ; and finely diced
- 1 sm Red onion; julienned
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Cracked black pepper

Procedures:
Combine the oranges, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, olive oil, red wine
vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. This recipe yields about
1 1/2 to 2 cups of salsa.
