Ingredients:
  • 3 lb Minced lamb
  • 1 tb Papaya paste
  • 1 tb Brown onion paste
  • 1 tb Fresh onion paste
  • 2 1/2 tb Roasted ground flour
  • 1 ts Garam masala
  • 1 ts Red chilli powder
  • 2 ts Almond paste
  • 1 tb Vegetable fat
  • 1 ts Saffron
Procedures:
Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand for 3 hours.

Using your hands, mould the mixture on to a skewer in long sausage shapes.

Place the kebabs over hot coal for 5 minutes, turning occasionally and
serve.

Serve with handkerchief bread.
