- 1 ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 TOMATO, CHOPPED
- 1 c BEEF STOCK
- 1/2 c WHITE WINE
- 2 tb FLOUR
- SALT, PEPPER, SUGAR
- TO TASTE

Procedures:
SAUTE ONION AND ADD TOMATO, COOK ON MED. HEAT WHEN MELTED A LITTLE ADD
SAURKRAUT, STOCK AND WHITE WINE, AND FLOUR. COOK DOWN TO MUSH AND ADD
SEASONINGS.
