  • 1 ONION, CHOPPED
  • 1 TOMATO, CHOPPED
  • 1 c BEEF STOCK
  • 1/2 c WHITE WINE
  • 2 tb FLOUR
  • SALT, PEPPER, SUGAR
  • TO TASTE
Procedures:
SAUTE ONION AND ADD TOMATO, COOK ON MED. HEAT WHEN MELTED A LITTLE ADD
SAURKRAUT, STOCK AND WHITE WINE, AND FLOUR. COOK DOWN TO MUSH AND ADD
SEASONINGS.
