Ingredients:

| cup | Irish Cream liqueur | | 1
| lbs | Cream cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Granulated sugar | | 4
| oz | Semisweet chocolate |

Procedures:
| 1 | This can be made a day ahead, and it freezes well too. | | 2 | Crust; in bowl, combine wafers and butter. | | 3 | Press into 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. | | 4 | Refrigerate. | | 5 | Filling; in saucepan, cook gelatin, salt, coffee and milk, stirring constantly, over medium heat until hot and coffee is dissolved. | | 6 | Reduce heat. | | 7 | Stir a little coffee mixture into egg yolks, then pour egg mixture back into saucepan. | | 8 | Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens slightly, 4 - 5 minutes. | | 9 | Remove from heat and add liqueur. | | 10 | Using electric mixer or food processor, blend cream cheese and ?cup of the sugar until smooth. | | 11 | Slowly blend coffee mixture into cream cheese. | | 12 | Chill, stirring occasionally, until consistency of raw egg whites, about 1 - 1-?hours. | | 13 | Meanwhile, melt chocolate in double boiler over hot water. | | 14 | Let cool. | | 15 | Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. | | 16 | Gradually add remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. | | 17 | Gently fold egg whites into coffee mixture. | | 18 | Transfer 1-?cups of coffee mixture to small bowl and fold in chocolate. | | 19 | Using large spoon, alternately spoon two mixtures over chocolate crust. | | 20 | Use knife to swirl chocolate through |
