Ginger-macadamia brownies

Ingredients:
3/4 cup(1 ?sticks) unsalted
-butter, cut into pieces
4 ozUnsweetened chocolate
-chopped
1 tbspInstant coffee powder
3 largeEggs
1 1/2 cup(packed) brown sugar
2 tspVanilla extract
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupUnbleached all purpose flour
1 cupChopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cupMinced crystallized ginger
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325°F.
2Butter 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish.
3Mix butter, chocolate and coffee powder in heavy medium saucepan.
4Stir over low heat until smooth.
5Cool, stirring occasionally.
6Whisk eggs in large bowl to blend.
7Whisk in sugar, vanilla and salt.
8Fold in chocolate mixture.
9Mix in flour, then nuts and ginger.
10Pour batter into prepared pan.
11Bake until tester inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs still attached, about 40 minutes.
12Cool in pan on rack.
13Cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.
14Cut into 16 squares.
