Ingredients:

| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 1/4
| cup | Molasses | | 6
| oz | Frozen orange juice concentr | | 2
| cup | Flour, whole wheat or all-p | | 1
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground ginger | | 1/2
| cup | Rolled oats | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Dried apricots, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Sunflower seeds | | 1/2
| cup | Wheat germ | | 2
| tbsp | Sesame seeds |

Procedures:
