Guiltless brownies

Ingredients:
3 tbspUnsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cupVegetable oil
2 Very ripe bananas
1/2 cupSugar
2 largeEggs
1 cupWhole-wheat flour
1/2 cupChopped nuts
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Combine cocoa, oil and bananas in a food processor or blender.
3Puree until smooth.
4Combine sugar, eggs, flour and banana mixture in a mixing bowl.
5Beat until blended, then stir in the nuts.
6Pour the batter into a lightly oiled 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
7Toothpick inserted into center should come out clean.
8(my suggestion - line baking pan with waxed paper and spray with non-stick vegetable spray).
9Cut into 2 ?inch squares when cool.
