| | Eggs, separated | | 1
| pint | Bourbon | | 2
| cup | Heavy cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slowly add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat until very stiff and white. | | 2 | Beat the egg whites until stiff. | | 3 | Stir the bourbon into yolk mixture. | | 4 | Mix in whites and the cream with a wire whisk. | | 5 | Chill until served. | | 6 | This is better on the second day. | | 7 | You can add a sprinkle of nutmeg to each serving |
