Ingredients:
1/2 cupMargarine, (1 stick)
2/3 cupBrown sugar
2 Large eggs
2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
Dry sugar substitute equal
-to ?cup sugar
1 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspGinger
1/4 cupEnglish walnuts, chopped
1/4 cupRaisins
1/4 cupWater at room temperature
Procedures:
1Cream margarine and brown sugar together at medium speed until light and fluffy.
2Add eggs and mix at medium speed for 1 minute, scraping down the bowl before and after adding eggs.
3Stir flour, baking powder, salt, dry sugar substitute, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, walnuts, and raisins together to blend well.
4Add along with water, to creamy mixture; mix at medium speed to blend well.
5Drop dough by 1 ?tablespoon onto cookie sheets that have been sprayed with pam spray or lined with aluminum foil.
6Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are browned on the bottom.
7Remove them to wrie rack cand cook to room temperature.
