High fiber cookies

Ingredients:
1 cupOat bran
1 cupRolled oats
1 cupFiber one cereal
1 cupKellog's bran flakes
1 cupSeedless raisins
1 cupChopped english walnuts
3/4 cupSugar
3/4 cupBrown sugar
1 cupMargarine (2 sticks)
2 Large egg whites
2 tspVanilla
2 cupAll purpose flour
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupWater at room temp
Procedures:
1Place oat bran, rolled oats, fiber one, bran flakes, raisins and walnuts in a bowl.
2Mix lightly and set aside.
3Place sugars and margarine in mixing bowl and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy.
4Add egg whites and vanilla and mix lightly scraping the bowl before and after adding the egg whites.
5In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt and mix at low speed about ?min to blend well.
6Add flour mixture and water to sugar mixture and mix at medium speed only until flour is moistened.
7Add bran mixture and mix at medium speed until well blended.
8Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with aluminum foil.
9Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
10Remove from oven and let sit for 1 minute.
11Remove cookies to wire rack and cool to room temperature
