Jumbo fruited oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:
3/4 cupButter, softened
3 Eggs
3/4 cupJuice, apple, conc.
1 1/2 tspVanilla
1 1/2 cupFlour
1 1/2 cupOats
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspCinnamon, ground
1/2 tspAllspice, ground
6 ozFruit, dried mixed
1/2 cupNuts, chopped
Procedures:
1Chop fruit.
2Preheat oven to 350.
3Beat butter in large bowl until creamy.
4Blend in eggs, apple juice concentrate, and vanilla.
5Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice; mix well.
6Stir in dried fruit and nuts.
7Drop scant ?cupfuls of dough, 3" apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
8Bake 12-14 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
9Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
10Store in tightly covered container.
