Ingredients:

| cup | Juice, apple, conc. | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1 1/2
| cup | Oats | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon, ground | | 1/2
| tsp | Allspice, ground | | 6
| oz | Fruit, dried mixed | | 1/2
| cup | Nuts, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Chop fruit. | | 2 | Preheat oven to 350. | | 3 | Beat butter in large bowl until creamy. | | 4 | Blend in eggs, apple juice concentrate, and vanilla. | | 5 | Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice; mix well. | | 6 | Stir in dried fruit and nuts. | | 7 | Drop scant ?cupfuls of dough, 3" apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly. | | 8 | Bake 12-14 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. | | 9 | Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. | | 10 | Store in tightly covered container. | | 11 | Nutrition information per cookie: 209 calories, 4 gm protein, 24 gm carbohydrate, 11 gm fat, 32% of calories from fat, 56 mg cholesterol, 239 mg sodium, 1 diabetic starch/bread exchange, 2-?diabetic fat exchange, ?diabetic fruit exchange. |
