| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 2 | Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2" pan. |
| 3 | Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the melted butter and press down. |
| 4 | Sprinkle on the coconut, then the chocolate, then the butterscotch pieces. |
| 5 | Pour milk evenly over all. |
| 6 | Sprinkle on the nuts and press lightly. |
| 7 | Bake for 30 minutes. |
| 8 | Cool in pan on wire rack. |
| 9 | Cut into 1 x 2" bars. |
| 10 | Makes 48 bars |
