Procedures:
| 1 | * eaisier to crush if frozen * prepare cake according to directions. | | 2 | Bake in 9x13" pan. | | 3 | While still hot, poke the top full of holes with a wooden spoon handle. | | 4 | Pour condensed milk over the top, then ice cream topping. | | 5 | Refrigerate overnight. | | 6 | Spread the cool whip over the top, then sprinkle with heath bars |
