| cup | Water | | 3
| oz | Sugar | | 1
| | Cinnamon stick | | 3
| | Cloves, whole | | 2
| | Lemons | | 1
| | Orange |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel the lemons and the orange real fine and keep the juice for something else. | | 2 | Mix wine, water, cinnamon, cloves, sugar, lemonpeel and orange peel in a pot. | | 3 | Heat, until very hot but do not boil. | | 4 | Discard the seasons and peel and serve very hot. | | 5 | Decorate with a slice of lemon if desired |
