The Pork And Apple Schnitzel is the name of the recipe.
Ingredients:
8 Pork Leg Schnitzels
Pepper; to taste
1 c Thick apple sauce
1 tb Sage; freshly chopped
2 c Dry breadcrumbs
Canola oil to shallow fry
Procedures:
Season pork with pepper. Combine applesauce and sage on a plate , coat
schnitzels on both sides. Place into breadcrumbs to cover schnitzels and
refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oil and shallow fry ( about 2 to 3 minutes each
side) until golden. Serve with potato and celery salad and mixed salad
greens.

NOTES : Preparation time : 10 minutes + 30 minutes chilling time. Pork
cooking time : 6 minutes.
