The Pork And Bramley Kebabs is the name of the recipe.
Ingredients:
625 g Lean pork fillet; ( 1 1/2lb)
2 Bramley apples; washed
1 Lemon; juice and rind of
3 tb Runny honey
5 Cm; ( 2) piece fresh root
; ginger , peeled and
; grated
Few drops Tabasco
Procedures:
Trim any fat from the pork then cut into 32 chunks. Cut each apple into 16
chunks , cutting away the core then thread onto 4 large or 8 short metal
skewers. Line a grill pan with foil , and place the kebabs on the grill
rack. Heat the grill.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together to make a glaze and brush the
apple and pork all over. Cook the kebabs for 20 minutes , turning them and
brushing with the glaze and juices from the foil until they are golden and
cooked.
