Procedures:
1. Combine pear halves, peeled tomatoes, chopped onion, peppercorns or
cayenne pepper together in saucepan.
2. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Place in food processor, blend
coarsely, to create a relish. Heat a little oil in a heavy plain or ribbed
pan, until hot.
3. Cook pork, 2 to 3 minutes on each side, brushing with some relish.
4. Serve as illustrated on oil-brushed pan-fried thick bread slices, rubbed
with garlic.
