Pork Chops with Honey And Herb Butter

Ingredients:
  • 4 Boneless pork chops
  • 50 g Butter; room temperature
  • ; (2oz)
  • 1 tb Clear honey
  • 1 tb Freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 tb Freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tb Freshly chopped chives
  • Salt and freshly ground
  • -black pepper
  • 1 120 gram bag mixed herb
  • -salad
Procedures:
Blend together the butter, honey, herbs and seasoning to taste. Place half
the mixture in a frying pan, spoon the remainder on to a sheet of food
wrap, roll up and refrigerate.

Heat the butter in the pan and cook the chops for approximately 6-8 minutes
each side, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.

Serve immediately on a bed of mixed herb salad with a slice of the
refrigerated butter on top of each chop.
