Ingredients:

| oz | Macaroni | | 1
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1
| cup | Mushroom, sliced | | 1
| tbsp | Italian seasoning, dried | | 1
| tsp | Rosemary, dried | | 1
| tsp | Ground cummin | | 1
| tbsp | Minced garlic | | 1
| tbsp | Oil | | 14 1/2
| oz | Can stewed tomatoes | | 8
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 16
| oz | Can green beans, drained | | 1
| cup | Monterey jack, shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook pasta per package directions, drain and set aside. | | 2 | In 10 inch skillet cook onion, mushrooms and seasoning until onion is tender. | | 3 | Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook uncovered over medium high heat for another 5 minutes. | | 4 | Remove from heat. | | 5 | Stir in the pasta, green beans and ?cup of shredded monterey cheese. | | 6 | Season to taste with salt& pepper. | | 7 | Stir well to mix then pour into an 8 x 12 baking dish. | | 8 | Top with remaining cheese. | | 9 | Bake at 350 °F for 25 minutes. |
