Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground beef | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1 1/4
| lbs | Cottage cheese (dry) | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesian cheese | | 2
| can | Tomato sauce | | 1
| tsp | Italian seasoning | | 8
| oz | Lasagna | | 2
| cup | Mozzarella (grated) |

Procedures:
| 1 | ~ brown the ground beef and drain. | | 2 | ~ add tomato sauce and seasonings ~ simmer slowly for 20 minutes ~ prepare the lasagna noodles ~ arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. | | 3 | ~ top with 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella, 1/3 of the cottage cheese. | | 4 | ~ repeat the layering until done. | | 5 | End with the cottage cheese. | | 6 | ~ top with parmesian cheese. | | 7 | ~ bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. | | 8 | ~ let stand 10 minutes before cutting |
