Lasagne with mushroom and onions

Ingredients:
9 Pieces Lasagne, uncooked
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 cupSliced mushrooms
1 medOnion, chopped
29 ozSpaghetti sauce
1/4 cupRed wine
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspThyme leaves
1/2 tspMarjoram leaves
1/4 tspPepper
1/8 tspGarlic powder
1 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
3 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
-(part-skim)
2 tbspChopped fresh parsley
Procedures:
1Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add mushrooms and onion.
3Cook until onion is tender.
4Add chicken, tomato puree, wine and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes.
5In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, layer 3 pieces of the lasagne, 1/3 of the sauce, 1/3 of the parmesan cheese and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
6Repeat layers twice.
7Cover and bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
8Uncover, and bake 10 minutes longer.
9Sprinkle parsley on top.
10Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
11Serves 10 to 12 each serving provides: 261 calories; 15 g protein; 21.2 g carbohydrates; 12.5 g fat; 25 mg cholesterol; 772 mg sodium.
