Ingredients:

| oz | Fettucine -- uncooked | | 1/3
| cup | Lowfat sour cream | | 3
| tbsp | Fresh chives -- chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon peel -- grated | | 2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Soft margarine | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | White pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil 3 quarts water. | | 2 | Add fettuccine. | | 3 | Stir until water boils again (about 30 seconds). | | 4 | Cook 10-12 minutes and drain. | | 5 | Mix remaining ingredients and toss with fettuccine. | | 6 | Serve hot as a side to poultry or as a refreshing entree |
