Ingredients:
| 4
| tsp | Butter | | 1
| tsp | Oil, olive | | 4
| large | Garlic cloves, chopped | | 1/8
| cup | Lemon juice | | 3
| tsp | Capers, drained | | 18
| | Black olives, pitted & sliced | | 2
| can | Tuna, chunk, drained | | | Pasta, penne , cooked anddr | | 4
| tsp | Butter (add at end) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter with oil in skillet. | | 2 | Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. | | 3 | Add lemon juice, capers and olives and cook another 2 minutes. | | 4 | Turn heat to lowest setting. | | 5 | Add tuna & separate it (do not flake) with a fork. | | 6 | Heat through, stirring gently. | | 7 | Drain pasta. | | 8 | Add remainder of butter and sauce to hot pasta, tossing well |
