Dolmathes (stuffed grape leaves)

Ingredients:
1 canGrape leaves
2 lbsLean ground beef
1 cupShort-grain rice
1 largeOnion, diced
1 tbspDill weed
1/2 tbspCumin
1/2 cupVegetable oil
2 cupChicken broth or water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Place meat into large bowl and add diced onion (sauteed if desired), salt, pepper, dill weed, cumin and oil.
2Mix well.
3Add rice and ?cup water.
4Mix by hand until blended together.
5Place about 1 tablespoon mixture in the center of washed leaf (ribs up) and roll into narrow roll.
6Place rolls into deep saucepan in layers.
7Add chicken broth.
8Cover and simmer about 45 minutes over low heat until rice is done.
9Serve plain, with wedges of lemon or with egg lemon sauce
