Ingredients:

| can | Grape leaves | | 2
| lbs | Lean ground beef | | 1
| cup | Short-grain rice | | 1
| large | Onion, diced | | 1
| tbsp | Dill weed | | 1/2
| tbsp | Cumin | | 1/2
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 2
| cup | Chicken broth or water | | | Salt to taste | | | Pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place meat into large bowl and add diced onion (sauteed if desired), salt, pepper, dill weed, cumin and oil. | | 2 | Mix well. | | 3 | Add rice and ?cup water. | | 4 | Mix by hand until blended together. | | 5 | Place about 1 tablespoon mixture in the center of washed leaf (ribs up) and roll into narrow roll. | | 6 | Place rolls into deep saucepan in layers. | | 7 | Add chicken broth. | | 8 | Cover and simmer about 45 minutes over low heat until rice is done. | | 9 | Serve plain, with wedges of lemon or with egg lemon sauce |
