| 1 | Chill tall glass in freezer (10 to 12 oz glass). |
| 2 | Turn chilled glass upside down on a small amount of orange gelatin. |
| 3 | Return to freezer. |
| 4 | In a blender, combine all ingredients, except for garnish. |
| 5 | Blend until smooth. |
| 6 | Pour into prepared glass. |
| 7 | Garnish with 3 orange segments threaded on long wooden skewer. |
| 8 | Top with mint. |
