Caramel-chocolate pecan pie

Ingredients:
1 9" unbaked pastry shell
1 cupPecan pieces
6 ozSemisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 cupCaramel ice-cream topping
8 ozCream cheese, softened
8 ozDairy sour cream
1/2 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla
3 Eggs
Unsweetened cocoa powder

Procedures:
1Sprinkle pecans evenly in unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle with chocolate pieces and drizzle with caramel topping.
2Set aside.
3In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
4Add eggs, beating on low speed just until combined.
5Pour over caramel topping in crust.
6Bake in a 350 °F oven about 45 minutes or until center appears set.
7Cool on a wire rack.
8Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
9Sift cocoa powder over pie, if desired.
10Makes 8 to 10 servings.
