Ingredients:

| cup | Butter | | 1
| tsp | Garlic powder, or more to | | | -taste | | 3
| lbs | Pork spareribs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Lemon juice oregano combine butter and garlic. | | 2 | Rub garlic mixture on both sides of ribs. | | 3 | Squeeze fresh lemon juice all over ribs. | | 4 | Sprinkle oregano all over ribs. | | 5 | Place in oven. | | 6 | Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. | | 7 | Baste lemon juice over meat several times during baking and just before serving. | | 8 | Makes excellent finger food! serves 4. |
