Greek stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients:
2 tbspOlive oil
1 smallOnion, diced
2 cupSpinach, chopped and cooked
2 tspDried basil
1/2 cupBread crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 lbsFeta cheese, crumbled
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
6 Tomatoes, firm and with
Insides scooped out
Procedures:
1In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion until translucent.
2In a bowl, combine the sauteed onions with all remaining ingredients except tomatoes.
3Stuff filling into tomatoes.
4Bake in a preheated, 350 °F oven for 15 minutes.
