Ingredients:

| cup | Onion, chopped | | 16
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 4
| cup | Medium noodles, uncooked | | 1
| cup | Cream style cottage cheese | | 8
| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 1/4
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/3
| cup | Green onion, sliced | | 1/4
| cup | Green pepper, chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large skillet, cook meat and onion till meat is lightly browned and onion is tender., stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper. | | 2 | Remove from heat. | | 3 | Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions, drain. | | 4 | Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion and green pepper. | | 5 | Spread half the noodles in a 11x7" baking pan, top with a little of the meat mixture. | | 6 | Cover with cheese mixture. | | 7 | Add remaining noodles and meat sauce. | | 8 | Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. | | 9 | Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. | | 10 | Makes 8-10 servings |
